FOAM OFF | MP™ Flexible & Rigid Polyurethane Foam Cleaner Is an environmentally sensible, non-HAPs solvent based cleaner designed to dissolve & flush flexible, rigid, elastomer or molded polyurethane foam. Effective for both MDI and TDI esters as well as cured reactive hot melt polyurethane adhesives, and other industrial adhesives. It cleans hoses, build up of mixing heads, gear pumps, troughs, side walls, conveyor parts, rollers, molds, foam curing devices, holding tanks, feeding lines and mixing equipment.

¶ Due to its low vapor pressure and high boiling point – it evaporates 237 times slower than Acetone and MEK; 600 times slower than Methylene Chloride. Therefore, whatever quantity you purchase, you will use and not loose to evaporation.
Direction for Use
- Immersion Cleaning – Use at room temperature OR heated to a maximum 140°F in a well-ventilated area (when heated, a faster polymer and resin removal result is obtained).
- Flushing the Spray Foam Equipment – Must be used at room temperature only (do not add water).
For more difficult cleaning applications (aged & cured foam) use CIRR D-Bond™ Crystalized Isocyanate Resin Remover in an immersion cleaning tank. For surface cleaning, GO GREEN™ Saturated Wipes can be used.
