A concentrated liquid (non-caustic) Aqueous Ink & Adhesive Remover (FREE of Organic Solvents). Use it full strength or (diluted 8 – 15% concentration with water) at 110 – 145 °F (maximum).
It effectively removes all types of Inks (solvent-based, Nitrocellulose, Polymeric, UV-Curable, Varnishes, etc.) as well as, adhesives and live resins from anilox and ceramic rolls, urethane and natural rubber rolls, coating rolls, rotogravure cylinders and Sleeves, along with other press equipment.
It is most effective at operating temperature range of 110 – 145 °F in an immersion tank with ultrasonic cavitation, spray under immersion and high pressure spray applications. Anilox rolls and sleeves are totally clean and ready for immediate use after just 10-20 minutes of cleaning cycle, without causing any wear or tear on the rolls and sleeves, ensuring high-print quality and color, while extending the life of your anilox rolls.
