Ideal Replacement for Caustic and Phenolic Detergents, Chlorinated Hydrocarbon Solvents, Mineral Spirits, Terpenes, Alcohol, Ketones, Acetates, Glycol Ethers and Flammable Hydrocarbons.

Formulated to remove all types of water-based, UV-cured, polymeric and vinyl inks, adhesives, latex polymers (acrylic), grease, oil, cutting fluids, and lapping & drawing compounds. Specifically for cleaning stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum alloys and all other ferrous and non-ferrous metals, as well as poly carbonate plastics.

Ideal in immersion cleaning (with or without ultrasonic), spray under immersion, in-line spray, low – high pressure spray and tumblers.

They contain full corrosion inhibition package- Long -term Bath Life – Offers high ink & adhesive loading (resulting in reduced disposal costs). Compatible & non corrosive on various metals, plastics, glass & ceramics.

It offers high ink and adhesive loading and can be used for an extended period of time. It is recyclable via vacuum distillation, resulting in reduced disposal costs.

It replaces Acetone, MEK, Methylene Chloride, and caustic based cleaners. Due to its low vapor pressure and high boiling point it evaporates 237 times slower than Acetone and MEK; 600 times slower than Methylene Chloride. This means, whatever quantity you purchase, you will use.

Designed to remove cured and uncured printing inks including water and oil based, solvent and UV inks, adhesives and varnishes from flexographic press equipment such as doctor blades, filters, lockup holders, fittings, connectors, ink pans, transfer pails, drums, rollers (anilox, rubber, ceramic, and urethane).

Ideal for use in ultrasonic tanks, agitated batch washers or low pressure (less than 12 lbs. of pressure) washers.

Lubricant

Is an ECO Friendly, non-HAPs, Low Volatile and non-Hazardous Specialty Liquid, suitable for higher temperature applications such as Protecting Pump Packings, Improving Weathering Behavior, and can also be used as a Retarder Solvent.

It also contains a full corrosion inhibition package.

It is an ideal replacement for DPHP (Di-(2-Propyl Heptyl) Phthalate.
