OPTIMA ™ – 200 AQUEOUS CLEANER “Reduced VOC” High Foaming is an ideal replacement for Caustic-Phenolic Cleaners. The product is a Non-HAPs, non-Hazardous, Reduced VOC, and Biodegradable Cleaner for the removal of most industrial inks including UV-Cured Inks, Water-based Inks, as well as, Adhesives, Lacquers, Latex Polymers, Grease, Oils and Cutting Fluids.
OPTIMA ™ – 200 AQUEOUS CLEANER is a liquid concentrate suitable for use in ultrasonic immersion washers. Use this product full strength or diluted down 5 – 15% concentration with water at an operating temperature range of 110°F – 160°F. Hand wipe, solution spray, mechanical, or ultrasonic agitation is used to enhance the cleaning action. For dry latex polymers, adhesives, inks, cutting oils, grease, lapping & drawing compounds, soak the parts until residues are removed. Parts can be wiped with a damp rag or rinsed off with warm water.
The product is worker & environmentally friendly; it contains NO Mineral Spirits, Phenols, Acetone, MEK, Xylene, Toluene or Methylene Chloride. No SARA Title 313 Reporting. OPTIMA ™ – 200 AQUEOUS CLEANER offers a wide range material compatibility; it is non-corrosive on various metals, plastics, glass and ceramics.
The product carries a complete corrosion Inhibition package and rinse aid technology. Suitable for use in ultrasonic immersion washers, low pressure spray and tumblers.
