Return Policy

Global Specialty Products USA, Inc. takes pride in selling quality products to all of our customers, assuring them high quality manufacturing standards we adhere to.

When you order any product, you can be assured it has been manufactured to the quality specifications stated on the TDS and certified on the COA.  You can also be assured that the product you ordered was NOT a returned shipment from another customer / company and is free from any tampering or defect.

It is important for you to inspect your shipment immediately upon receipt and notify GSP-USA of any specification discrepancies.  Contact us immediately to obtain a Return Material Authorization number (RMA #) and shipping instructions.  A return authorization will ensure the safe and proper handling of material and enable us to expedite a resolution. Items returned without prior authorization will NOT be accepted. Shipment of authorized returns should be made within three (3) business days of the issuance of the RMA.

Once the product is received and accepted in the same condition it left the warehouse, then and only then a refund will be issued minus the shipping fee.

GSP-USA’s products have a three (3) year shelf life from the date of manufacture (see label).  As long as the 2” caps on the 55-gallon steel or poly drums are securely sealed and tightened (to avoid moisture entering the drum), the material will always perform as expected.
